Tunbridge wells hospital is a sham all that money spent on it and patients are forgotten. My daughter was induced on the friday still nothing by Sunday morning. She was in a room which was inadequate but staff were ok. Went to delivery suite late Sunday afternoon staff amazing little boy born but poorly couldn't fault staff. Neo natal amazing staff . Post natal ward absolutely disgusting. Daughter had to ask for bedding to be changed bins were not emptied for three days yet another inadequate room. Her and her partner were not kept updated on anything and as they are first time parents they needed help and reassurance. She found out via her notes her little boy had sepsis she had know idea how he got it and what it was. She was told after a week she would be discharged after he little boy had his last antibiotic this did not happen. I listen to midwives talking about there home lives there salaries and paydays and haircuts and drag queens for over two hours rather than doing my daughter's discharge notes. Then when midwife came in and done a mummy check I was fuming as she has had all day to do this knowing my daughter was going home. Then when my son in law asked why they were taking so long they laughed in his face it wasn't until I confronted them and told them I had written times and the conversations that they had and sent them to the complaints board her notes and discharge letters were there in seconds. I have given birth at pembury hospital 6 times when it was old I had a great experience everytime what has happened.
