Special thank you to Melia for upgrading us. This was our 12th visit to Cuba and third time we have stay at this resort. It is wonderful that you recognize your loyal customers this way. I want to thank Eileen our Royal Service butler who did a wonderful job and made sure we had a perfect stay. She checked on us each day. She made excellent bookings for our al carte dinners and check on our room everyday. Thank you Ailyn who did a fantastic job taking care of our room for the two weeks we were there. It was very clean and looked lovely. Kasandra, Annarais and Belquis took excellent care of us at the pool bar and grill for our lunches. Niosbel, Michel, Vladimir and Alfredo made sure we had clean chairs, table and an umbrella at the pool. Special thank you to Felix for my daily Spanish lessons and his team Mayelin and Scull (fruit decorating) to name just a few. They always made sure people were having fun. Also Lily at the Beach Bar she makes the best Mojito in Cuba. I apologize for forgetting the names of the staff who took care of us each day at the Miramar for breakfast and a couple of the best dinners we had. The bartenders at the Royal Service Lobby Bar are great too. They make each drink look special with just a little extra attention to details. I must say the staff at the Paradisus Princesa del Mar are very friendly and polite. They really work hard to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Thank you to everyone and we will definitely see you again.
