My husband and I used Nexus to get us from the Punta Cana airport to our resort and we didn t have any problems. However, our trip from the resort to the airport was a disaster. My husband was given a receipt by a nexus employee with our resort pick up time of 10:30 am. Well by 11 am we were still sitting in the lobby at our resort, waiting. My husband decided to walk over to the Nexus desk in the lobby to find out where our driver was. Once there, he was told that our pick up time was actually 12:30 and not 10:30 and that the representative (Vladimir) had made an error in our departure time. They offered to let us have our room back for the next couple of hours but we had already checked out of our room and were in street clothes, not swimwear! We won t use them again.
