This property is a bit on the older side and hopefully will soon get a refresh, but don't let that deter you from staying here. It's an all-suite property, the pool area is very nice, and it's located very close to shops and restaurants in Maple Grove. They treat elite's very well, providing some drink vouchers and full buffet-breakfast vouchers, on weekends when the lounge is closed. I am rating 5 stars due to the property's general manager proactively reaching out prior to a stay, and also responding to my feedback that I provided, post stay. There were a few minor hiccups during my recent stay. Very few stays at hotels are perfect, but I do think they should be recognized when they take feedback and attempt to remedy it as best they can. That was definitely case here. Perry (GM) responded within minutes and promised to address my concerns.
