This week I had a 3-day install scheduled for 11 windows. Everything went south in the first hour of day one when my install team discovered rot when they removed my living room picture windows! The team, led by Josh Z and Chris J, was fabulous. They quickly switched gears and started working on other windows while boarding up the exposed living room so I could get a contractor in to deal with the repairs. Anderson has already rescheduled my return visit for after the repairs to complete the installation.

The remaining windows were installed over the next 2 1/2 days and they look great. Josh kept me constantly updated whenever new hiccups were encountered, he even demonstrated features of my windows that the salesman hadn t included in his pitch!

Before leaving on day 1, Josh took the extra effort to make sure my boarded up windows were blocked at the bottom to minimize the cold air coming in.

I m very pleased with the experience overall (well, minus the rot!) and will definitely recommend Anderson to others.
