First class customer service.

First class customer service.
I had a problem with the website. Had a response same day and it was sorted.
The item I ordered was received damaged. Email response was a couple of hours later. Damaged item was collected next day, and a replacement shipped within a couple of days.
I had a strange feeling that is unusual these days - I felt as if my custom was valued.
