Terrible experience, I will never go to this dealership again. I went in to buy out my lease, I already new my pay off or buy out. It should have been a very easy transaction. It was not, I was talked down too, after I caught them in lie *they doubled my fees, to the tune of $1358*, when confronted about it they said the computer doubled it . Then they wanted a debt card, who on earth is going to pay $30k with a debit card. The finance guy Darryl Garib, said to my face RED FLAG, he was rude and VERY Condescending to me. I asked to for a copy the Retail Buyers Order to go to the bank to get a cashiers check, he told me that I could print out, on my own when I got home. * I asked 4 times for it so I can review before I take it to the bank, he finally did, but only a copy of a copy. Upon my return from the bank I expressed How dissatisfied I was with the way my transaction by the way it was handled, and asked to speak to a manager. George came and listened to me for a couple of minutes but basically that was it, They topped off my already full tank of gas. Buyer be ware, go over all you figures, do the math yourself. I Would not be surprised if you might find a mistake in their favor not yours. Over all Negative 1, I will never go their again and because of this experience, I doubt I will ever buy a Lexus again. Worst of the Worst
