I don't live in MA but was trying to order a part from their store online. I called first to verify a few things with them directly and the lady that helped me was incredibly helpful. Even though she let me know that they didn't have the item that I needed in stock, she gave me A LOT of information that helped me find the item from somebody else. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of concern and professionalism. I wish that all interactions I have with sales people (both online and in stores) could be this good. Keep up the good work.
