UPDATE
Alexis the representative that I've been working with since filing the Better Business Bureau claim, has been outstanding and been in touch with me on a regular basis. I received my ceiling fan today and I love it.

UPDATE
I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. In under 2 hours after filing my complaint a representative from the company called . according to the representative they are trying to reach out to customers trying to resolve the problem with unable to communicate with them
BUYER BEWARE !!!! I placed an order for a fan. Received the order confirmation. Several days went by and no shipment. I started calling. On hold very very long times, no one answered. Left messages. The recording said they're 2 call back with 72 hours. Never did. They Have almost $700 orderand I have no fan and can't get any on to answer phone.
