This was my very first time to Hal Martin's,. I bought a MoMo Design Italian watch from MoMo Design's online store, so of course it arrives and needs to be sized. So, I looked on Google as to who works on MoMo Design watches in Houston, up pops Hal Martin's. Looked at the reviews on Google and decide to take it in. Have to say its a very secure shop as the deal in very expensive brands and was quite busy.

As I come in Kalynn comes up and asks if she can help. I explain my situation, that I have a watch that I do not know how to size and show the watch to her. Kalynn says hold on a minute, let me get our watch apprentice. After about a minute the watch apprentice comes out and I explain the situation, she says let me go slow on this as its a silicon band and I'll need to cut it to fit you. She was meticulous; cutting and checking for fit until it was perfect. She then noticed there was no movement so she said let me put a battery in; it will just take a minute...

A minute or so later out she comes and says its all good to go. I put my watch back into the box and asked Kalynn, how much do I owe for the sizing and the battery? Kalynne looked at me, smiled and said, "Nothing, have a nice day."

I could not believe it... I have to say, never have I ever had someone who worked on any of my watches ever say anything close to that. The watch apprentice spent 20 minutes on the band and maybe another 5 on replacing the battery...

Hal Martin's you now have a loyal customer in me and I most definitely will be telling others about the GREAT SERVICE I received, having never been to your store!!! Kalynn, Thank You!
