Spoke to Phil (service manager) on 15/7/15 with regard to a cost in replacing the broken bracket on the convertible roof on a 2007 F430 which is so common.

He firstly asked to send across some images which I did together with the part numbers. All I want is the work to be done. He never bothered to reply back to the email and then when I called to get an update on 23/7/15, I was informed by the receptionist that he was busy in a meeting and they are unable to help.

Why couldn't he reply to the email or pick up the phone and update me. The company just portrays a professional image across the internet e.t.c, but there customer service is absolutely diabolical.

If they cannot accomodate for the common issues in Ferrari, what can they really do on Ferraris?

An absolute unprofessional operated business possibly due to the staff they employ.

Will never be calling you for anything.
