Made an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation for 9:45am, it is now 12:05pm and my car in on the lift not done! I was told a little over an hour when I signed in. The car was finished about 10 min later and they comp'd the fees due to the wait. Didn't expect that and that showed they care about clients!
