I purchased a tablet in 09.2017. After the update, the tablet began to show the error when switching on and additionally began to go crazy battery. I do not know about this so I gave it to the shop where I bought it. Mediaexpert handed over the tablet to the service guarantee. Ccsonline.pl service refused the guarantee because of traces of unauthorized interference in the software and announced that the warranty no longer applies. I'm sure that it was my fault that nothing was done on the tablet except updating the tablet, which is further enforced by the Huawei software. No words. I have no warranty and I do not have a working device. It's time to buy a new one. But certainly not from your company!
