Went in for a quote after being recommended by my garage. I told them what it was for, a No Fault claim. The person who does the quotes was not in, but I was promised it would be resolved that afternoon, after extensive photos were taken. Twenty four hours later they sent a quote, which was just an email qoting a price. I emailed them back and asked them to send a proper qutation that could be submitted to an insuer, that was 8 days ago and nothing was received. One of their competitors did it properly and they will be fixing the car.
