If this place truly was for every inmate it would make such a difference in their lives. After years I can see that for all the progression we made there is regression in Sterling. The description of this place is not on the review because there is no way to describe the many lives that has been affected that can't be reversed. My prayers are with all in this facility and all of them in CO, MS, GA places that don't care about these young men. And there are just a few in this big facility that have a heart.
