Went to KOP just for Louis Vuitton. When we arrived at LV around 2:30 pm (the Saturday before Christmas) an associate suggested wait time was around 60 to 90 minutes. Bizarre. So we walked the mall. It's amazing that gyms and restaurants are shut down but people are walking elbow to elbow in a mall. Good deal of people with masks dropped below nose, not enough mall security to monitor this. Waited in line at Gucci for 50 minutes. Waited in Louboutin for about 15 minutes, they only allowed 3 groups on 2 people in at a time. By 6:30 pm the wait time for Louis Vuitton was about 20 minutes. They only let 40 guests in the store at a time and parties of 2 only! FYI. We watched a gentleman with 3 children under 7 years of age trying to go into the LV store to buy his wife a Christmas gift and LV WOULD NOT let him in the store. Even worse they showed him bags that were available, from his wife's wish list, from the stores door (they wouldn't walk outside of the door due to security, which i get but again this is just an FYI if you were heading there with more than 1 kid under 7 to Christmas shop). I get it is covid times but man this is just bizarre.
