Very BAD experience:
inbuilt humidifier is not working and I Called Vernon, however had very bad experience with technician like below:
1. He pulled the HVAC door roughly (I was there and watching him) and that little auto bolts broken
2. He was trying to drill the iron door for temporary to fix that, he could not
3. He used duck tape to close the door finally. (NOT SUR EHOW TO EXPRESS MY FEELINGS)
4. He always talks about cost of the services, constantly touch base with dispatcher and they through whatever number they want.

I paid visiting service fee and ask him to leave. I DON'T recommend these guys for anyone going forward.
