I stayed at the Francis Marion for Charleston Fashion week. It was right in the heart of everything. I could walk everywhere - shopping, eating, and the show was RIGHT across the street. The rooms were nice and spacious. I had a sitting area in my room along with a desk. Walk in shower.
The customer service in the hotel was amazing. I didn't have to wait around. Maddie the manager and Drew helped check in my group. They made sure we knew all the hot spots to check out for meals and drinks. Keon took care of holding our luggage so we could get right to shopping the city. We also had dinner at Swamp Fox (restaurant at the hotel) after one of the shows and they stayed open late to serve us. All around great experience.
