Visited late November arriving at Carvery Start time. Had to wait a further 20 mins whilst the food was just sitting there. We had to eat in our in coats because it was so cold. The food was cold, some of it tasted nice but was so spoilt by the fact that it was cold. Felt sorry for the staff member who did her best given what she had to work with. Ladies at a table behind us, also eating in their coats, had to have their dinner reheated in the microwave. One lady was only given half a bowl of soup. Will not be coming back again and would disuade others from coming
