How shameful. Setting aside what may be the more or less positive aspects linked to the activities of this warehouse, here we lose the consideration that we should have for human beings, the base and that we cannot deny anyone!
One hour thrown into the icy cold only for the delivery of travel documents, the same fate will be later to recover the same documents.
I can't imagine if it should rain or snow! Think of having to go to the post office or the ASL and wait outside in the freezing cold, under all the possible and imaginable weather while the duty operator serves you.
If I were the "director" I would feel a minimum of shame.
And that the executives do not use this review to block my possible access to the structure for the next times, (which I hope will never happen again) but will use it to make a job that is now under everybody more welcoming, human and less stressful. aspects has become challenging and anyone has forgotten how hard and complicated it is.
You don't have to have gigantic structures all over Europe to be the number 1!
Even these aspects, if not left out, would make you true leaders .........
