I paid close to $150 to have a plumber come out. The response time was very delayed, and had to wait multiple days. The plumber said the issue was fixed and my water went down the drain. I left for the holidays, and upon my return the issue was still present. I called to notify them that the issue was still ongoing and it wasn't fixed the first time. They told me that there was no guarantee on their work and that I would have to submit another work ticket (hence pay another $150) for them to come fix the issue they never fixed the first time. Stay far away from this company for any plumbing needs!
