I would highly recommend this dealership. This is my second vehicle from BMW Toronto. I went for an upgrade from 3 series to an X3 and I would say the experience has been excellent as in the first time. We met Usama our Sales Consultant who sold us the previous car and he presented the bmw X3 product and features must say we were impressed what we liked was he understood our needs and presented the right mix of features/custom configured our X3. Then we were taken for a test drive and in the car also we were given lot of insights into the X3 refinement and verstality. We enjoyed the test drive and by the time we returned we had made up our mind. There was not much time between brokering the deal and delivery date, and our anniversary date was before the anticipated delivery date. I just asked Usama if it was possible to get our vehicle delivered on our anniversary date and Usama and the delivery team worked hard and made it possible. On Delivery Day Manija Osmani took time to explain the car features with us in the car and made sure all our doubts were cleared. Couple of days later we received a courtesy call to check everything was fine with our car, Overall a great shopping experience. Keep it up. Thanks
