Upon entering the place we were guided to counter by great staff.At check in we were explained our room was occupied,but!!! The upgrade was so better I will keep it to myself. We ate at Phillips @ inner harbor walking distance came back to the room was welcomed by staff..For the price Hilton's ,marriott etc could not match my room . ok I'll tell you one crazy thing ..we had a tv inside the bathroom mirror . Fyi it's the best in Baltimore inner harbor unless they digress. The only complaint I heard from a guest there was a a strand of lint on her mirror..lol if your that particular I guess it's 4 1/2 stars..lol
