Was a little hesitant about going to another dealership after having a bad experience with Norden. From the second we started dealing with Southgate Volkswagen they were awesome. Scott McNaughton sent me a text message asking what i was looking for and i told him i was really wanting a VW Golf GTI. He asked me what features i was wanting and i gave him a quick list of what i was looking for. After a short time he called and said he had one. When we got to the dealership reception was very friendly and Scott introduced himself shortly and brought us out to see the vehicle. It was gorgeous and had everything i had asked for from the standard transmission to the plaid cloth seats! I was a little worried about the price and they worked with me and made sure finance payments were in my range. i was still a little hesitant and instead of being pushy he just said take it for a 24 hour test drive, and see what you think . Test drive went great and i was able to really see myself driving it. The next day we went back in and asked for a couple of things (wipers and the monster mats) and John the sales manager, didn t even bat an eye, just said to me absolutely and smiled. Financing was super friendly as well, Veer worked his magic, got me a decent interest rate and discussed extra protection features and knew i was in a tight budget and worked with me on that as well! Overall these guys went out of their way to ensure i was completely satisfied with my car! When we picked up, we talked with Jackson as well and he was ready to put the plate on and even gave us a couple more of the keychains, free of charge! told us if we had any concerns or needed anything else to let them know! i will DEFINITELY be recommending anyone looking for a vehicle, specifically a volkswagen, deal with these guys! super professional and personable! they were awesome from start to finish!!
