1) Great fitting clothes at a high quality and a reasonable price.
2) Fantastic customer service. Everyone I've worked with goes above and beyond to assist me and also to rectify problems that have come up.

There are places with great products, but I think the customer service is what sets Black Lapel apart from the rest, and it's the reason why I can and have confidently recommended BL to friends. I know they will be taken care of, and they won't be disappointed.
