After buying a laptop recondition at pcpack via backmarket.fr that I received quickly I realize that the battery is dead and very dead even impossible to use this pc without being connected to the socket so I called on the sav to find out how to proceed I am asked to change the battery myself with a new battery that pcpack must send me I accept except that pcpack does not send me the right model of battery and now it's been 17 days since I waited I bought this pc at the beginning of confinement for work we will come to the end of confinement and I think that the problem will not be solved
