Awful customer service. Despite a class action lawsuit for a design flaw in piston rings and the fact that my A4 failed an oil consumption test, Audi provided absolutely no support since I was just past the warranty period. There was no communication to customers about the issue, and no communication that Audi extended to factory 50K mile warranty to 80K, otherwise I would have addressed within extended warranty period. Once diagnosed it took the service center 4 weeks to communicate the decision, for an extremely expensive repair.
