Sun night: Book in an appt for my apartment on Monday
Mon 0908: Called said WILL arrive in 10min
Mon 0918: Said my apartment doesnt have parking space, CANNOT come and said will find someone else to come
Mon 1121: Engineer said CAN come and park in Tesco car park
Mon 1152: Engineer said CANNNOT come and left me with frustration
Mon 1202: Called and confirm tht they CANNOT come

If parking space is such a huge issue to your engineer then please specify when I make the booking. I take annual leave to stay in the house to wait for the engineer and being left with frustration. The company cannot just be can indecisive and changes their mind every half hour or so.

Thank God my neighbour called in a plumber today too so I use an alternative company instead.
