The dealer called me at 7am on the day of my appointment to tell me they had no loaners available and to reschedule for the following day. The next day, they sent me to the local enterprise agency because they again had no loaner. I ended up driving a clunky Ford Fusion for two days and was late getting to work because of the delay. When I finally got my truck back, they told me that the tire pressure issue i asked them to fix had indeed been fixed. It was not. Fortunately i noticed before driving away. Very sloppy customer service.
