Had my baby last week at St. Michael s - Labour & Delivery and it was a friendly, supportive and excellent experience. The nurses, support staff, doctors and care we received was 5 out of 5. As new first time parents, we will be forever grateful. My only 1 critique is that I believe some of the advice for newborn care (bottle feed reluctance and no mention that baby should not sleep with a hat and a few minor things), I believe is too rigid/traditional (compared to advice from online sources), however I can appreciate that as the guidance may need to be more general since every baby has different needs and it is ultimately up to the parents to find what works best for them.
