I was given 'Pain Free' by my Naturopath. My MRI report is scoliosis,and severe lumbar stenosis. I degenerated to needing a cane for three months,. I put together Ecise menus of my own, then opted for a virtual appointment., and am just finishing an 8 week package with Tyler. I don't need a cane, my posture has improved dramatically, and I no longer take Gabapentin for nerve pain. I have proved to myself if I do the menus designed specifically for me under the guidance of a trained Egoscue practitioner, improvement is inevitable.
