I ported two phone numbers out, and I kept getting...

I ported two phone numbers out, and I kept getting charged for them. I tried to cancel the service for those lines, and all convenient ways to contact freedomvoice (support ticket, email) aren't working. I've now been on wait for 15 minutes and counting. Bad customer service. Meanwhile, the service itself was nothing special, and there are other phone services that provide better pricing or better features.
