I agree that Agency 888, on the Sunshine Coast is a scam. I have been with them for 5 years, and got 2 jobs in all that time! The first job I was told was to give me the experience, and the second was a very small amount as an extra. This was it! Although, I've been doing acting for years, they wanted me to go to their courses. They are only happy with you if you get the show reel and photos with them and pay huge fee. They get the (experts) in to appear and tell you it's important for you to do the course if you want work, and to meet influential people. They also swap and move on, so fresh faces appear, so you give them another go. Money hungry and very lazy, but rather warm when they want you to do a course or they have a phantom job. Stay away.
