Two of the only three five star reviews on here are from people that work for/used to work for this company, Mimi and Brandon. I imagine the third five star rating mirrors the others. That alone should speak for itself.

I honestly didn't have a huge problem with Silvershore for the majority of my two years in a building they owned. The problems in the building (lack of heat and hot water, for example, or a cascading leak in the bathroom) I blame mostly on the former management company.

However, since moving out, I've yet to receive my security deposit. I pester and pester, and no one answers my calls. I've a reasonable person, and I forgive easily. But I can't excuse the childishness and immaturity of the people I've dealt with here. Jason seems to be the only reasonable one.
