I stop in with internal hardware from a door that is less than ten years old. The lady behind the counter looks at it and says she's going to send a picture to someone. I figure it was a field locksmith. Within a minute or two I get an immediate and dismissive we can't help you. No explanation why. The way I see it, RJ Lock and security has one job, LOCKS! They do cut the best keys in town though so that's why I'm giving them 2 stars.
