This was by far the worst service visit I've ever had to your location. I made an appointment online just as I've been doing for a couple of years since I purchased my CRV from your dealership.
I got there at 8:50 AM or so for my 9AM appointment on Saturday only to be immediately told it would be a 2 hour wait before they could start on my inspection. That was after they knew I had an appointment. Cue a long story about how an appointment isn't really an appointment because the "computer doesn't know" how many people its scheduling. Okay, never has this happened before when I've had an appointment. So, of course I was like, no I have an appointment...blah blah. So they guy said they'd try to get my inspection done quickly.
So about 45 minutes later, a guy calls me - I'm sitting in the waiting room within site of his desk - and says my car is ready. I was like, I'm in the waiting room and his response was - get this - "I don't know what you look like and I'm not going to walk over there so I'm calling you" Are you effing kidding me!? So I walked over to where I could see him waving his arms and he says he made a "special effort" to get my car done quickly which I should appreciate because of how busy they are.
At this point I didn't say anything. This was a different guy from the one who checked me in. This guy, though had a HUGE attitude with me, like I owed him special thanks for getting my car done WHEN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!!! Terrible. Absolutely terrible.
