I wanted to get our house value assessed because I was curious with the city s tax assessment this year. We hired Power and Associates to assess our house and provide a detailed report in case we had to continue on with the city. Micheal Podgurney came to the house and was in and out expeditiously. He was professional and easy going and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. In the end, his thorough report provided the information we needed and it showed that the city was actually close to the value so no further action was needed. I would hire this firm again for future endeavors.
