The population of stray and discarded animals(cats and dogs) in Del Valle (Elroy) Texas is overwhelming. It is not just discarded animals, it also unfortunately includes animals that owners neglect and let run free. The owners do not spay or neuter thier animals. My husband and I have used the services of Austin Animal Services for many years.
