The lady who answered the phone wasn't listening ,...

The lady who answered the phone wasn't listening , kept talking over me constantly, she was just assuming what I was asking from her and when I had chance/moment to tell her that please stop and listen my question, her reaction was " Stop Yelling at me ! " ??? Of course I wasn't yelling or raising my voice... make the story short I had to drive 150 miles round trip just to talk to them Of course their attitude was even worse.. as if I am asking a favor from them.. they didn't do their job costed me over $300 and 2 full days spent just travelling back and forth . They must rely on the fact that these complains are not being heard by their HR department .
