I feel that once I purchased the vehicle, there was no after-care or follow ups to fulfill the promises that were made before purchase. Also I haven t got my money $1130 (from deposit and reimbursement) back for 3 weeks after my purchase. No response to my email inquiring about the money.

Big disappointment to the sales manager Joe Sullivan and salesman Mark Mills.

UPDATES-
After all, I spoke to the general manager Jason Herndon, and he took care of everything very promptly and smoothly. I got my check delivered to my place 3 hours after I spoke to Jason. He said he would call me back in 5 mins and he really did.
I m only going back to Herb Chamber hingham because of his professional manner.
I hope those salesman/ managers get properly trained and this kind of poor communication never happens again.
I m giving 3 stars from 1 star after things are taken care of.
