I want to commend the staff working at Esselunga for an event that I think is rare. On Saturday I lost my gold bracelet. I tried to remember my daily passages and among these there was also the Esselunga. I got the number to call from the Milan office staff who proved to be very helpful. To my amazement when I called the supermarket and after verifying the veracity of what I was asking, they confirmed that an employee had found the bracelet and delivered it to the checkout. They were waiting for the owner to return it. I am glad that there are honest and fair employees like the ones I found in this supermarket. A praise also to the owners who evidently knew how to choose their employees. Best wishes for the future to all of you. Thanks again !!!!
