Incredibly easy car buying experience. I had the pleasure of working with Natasha, who I informed what kind of used car I wanted to buy. When the vehicle arrived at their lot, she called me and informed me the car was there even before it was listed on the market. This gave me an opportunity to get the car without having to worry about everyone else coming to look at it as well.

When I showed up, the car ready for me to test drive it. I was happy with the car, so I asked about trading in my high mileage car. Other dealerships offered only $400 for it, whereas Sound gave me $1000 for it, per KBB quotes. I was done with paperwork in about 30 minutes.

Natasha told me it was to be detailed, so I went home that night and came back the next day to pick her up.

I came back to a freshly detailed car, with a full tank of gas, and a new oil change. I know dealerships are not expected to do so with used cars, but they definitely went above my expectations. Thank you Natasha and Ford!
