I stayed here with my fiance a few weeks ago. While the surrounding area and scenery is on par with some of the nicest places in the United States, the service and attention that we received from the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club has been extremely underwhelming.

My vehicle was damaged in their parking lot. While they notified me of what occurred and said they would go through their security footage to confirm who I was hit by (they have security allowing each car into the parking lot -- I would not think it would be that difficult) they have not returned any contact to provide any sort of update. Frustrating to say the least.

Additionally, my credit card was charged an additional $300.00 almost 2 weeks after checking out of the hotel. I have tried to contact management (through email and multiple phone calls) however once again no one has taken a moment to return contact.

We spent nearly $3,000.00 (including room) for a weekend staycation here -- absolutely will never do that again. Extremely disappointed!
