I've been trying for the last year to get a new car, each time getting turned down or because my ideal payment was unable to be met with the bank/dealer or the car was unavailable or whatever the reason. Yesterday, we spent 10 hours being jerked around at Edison Nissan. After walking away empty handed and beyond frustrated, We made a last minute stop at Chevy in JC before going home.

We walked in and met Ryan. We explained to Ryan our atrocious experience hours before. I was tired and exhausted. Ryan started explaining what he had in stock and what our options were. He picked a couple cars out in our price range and let us test drive them. He told us all the details and features. When he offered to drive an impala, I laughed and my boyfriend said yes!! Sure enough I fell in love and wanted to try for it. Ryan got the paper work and he made the process seamless and made us confident in buying the car. Not only did he get my ideal monthly payment in place, but he got us set up with an awesome warranty. That not only gave me a peace of mind, but security that myself and my family will be safe. He answered all our questions without hesitation. He was clear and easy to understand. Everything was upfront and he processed me through a bank I requested.

Ryan and the members of Chevy JC were clear in our contract and what we were getting. I've never been more confident in a large purchase. I'm beyond happy with the service we received and the car we purchased. We will be long term customers for sure!! Thanks Ryan for helping me achieve my dream of owning an impala and putting my faith back in car buying!! You're the best!!
