They see them selves as this prestigious high standard company when In reality they are a third party employer for supermarkets, do not work for this company unless there are absolutely no other options. They need to climb down off their high horse and actually realise what part of the job market they cater to and act accordingly. Rather than pretending that they are even in the slightest a desirable employer to work for.
