Amazing hotel with great staff, nice views, and me...

Amazing hotel with great staff, nice views, and meticulously made rooms. The concierge here took care of hard-to-get-reservations for us online before we even got to the country and gave us instructions on how to get to the restaurant and more little conveniences when we arrived. Check in and check out were a breeze with luggage holding for the remainder of our last day being very easy.
The room itself had a great view looking out at Tokyo tower. Every detail was thought of in the design and cleaning of the room. There are USB ports besides the bed where you would want to charge your phone, there are buttons to control all lights from your bed headboard, there is every bathroom amenity you could think of, the bathrobes were magnificent, the toilet/bidet has a silent flush, and the shower/bath was large and very comfortable. Of note, we had just a standard double room and all this was included.
Most of all though, the staff here is just superb. Everyone greeted us very friendly and took care of everything for us. We came for our anniversary on the day of our anniversary, champagne appeared in the fridge for us to enjoy along with a very nice card from the hotel staff. There are also great restaurants and other things in the hotel. Highly highly recommend.
