I have had two very negative experiences with their mechanics. They could have destroyed my truck if I didn't notice immediately. I don't want to write a really long review about both events and go into boring details but basically their mechanics are very bad. I recently had to take my truck in for a factory recall and while my truck was in the shop I figured I'd let them change the oil while it was in there. Well the guys who changed the oil in my truck left the screw plug to loose so oil is spilling out of my oil reservoir. My driveway is covered in oil, and this could have destroyed my very expensive truck. I see that as an extremely neglectful and dumb mistake. It's not very hard to tighten down a bolt. If I had not noticed this my 20,000$ truck would be sitting in a scrapyard.

I'm going to go get a refund this weekend, and this will be my second refund due to their poor services. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and Toyota as well.

Thanks for almost blowing my truck up not once but twice.
