I have been going to Woodson Library for years, and have yet to see "friendly staff." They seem cold and evasive. Can never locate the people you need for events. They tell you the AV guy is coming, but he never shows up. Hope they get a new staff during the renovation. The young people deserve better. What good is a new facility with jaded employees?
