I purchased loosely curly steam permed weave - did NOT receive it! After waiting over 8 weeks I received a cheaper hair texture - it was loosely curly but NOT steamed permed. I am a 10 year customer that spent $$$$ dollars with this company. I don t have a famous name but I am a hard working beautiful retired Air Force disabled veteran that is extremely disappointed with this company and how it has gone down over the years. This hair is not cheap, but for them to think they can get over on me by sending me cheaper hair is disloyal to me. They will make this right, and I will not purchase from them again. Customers...Perfect locks customers, this company is not the same...let s give our money some place else and give new companys a chance...perfect locks is far from perfect!
