Zicasso is like Yelp on steroids. Their formula is to have only the highest-rated, most-responsive and most-personalized tourist operators PERSONALLY compete for your business.
They accomplish this by follow-up, follow-up and action. As a result, I wouldn t say that the tour companies are terrified of a bad rating (because they have already been thoroughly and continuously vetted, it would be almost impossible for them not to highly satisfy your wishes), but they are deeply concerned about a mediocre one.
Even the tour company I DIDN T choose couldn t have been more helpful or responsive.
Zicasso has broken the code on tours to unfamiliar terrain. I couldn t recommend their service more highly. They literally And fearlessly beg for your reviews on every detail of your trip after the fact.
